These Terms of Service govern your use of the CoreMotive Labs website and publicly available online services. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Services
CoreMotive Labs provides communication, automation, AI-assisted response, website and related business systems. Information on this website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes.
Paid CoreMotive services are governed by a separate Client Service Agreement or Service Order entered into with the applicable customer.
Paid services, pricing, billing terms, cancellation rights, guarantees and other commercial terms are governed by the applicable Client Service Agreement or Service Order. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed Client Service Agreement, the signed Client Service Agreement controls with respect to the paid services.
No Guaranteed Business Results
Except for a specific written guarantee expressly provided to an eligible CoreMotive customer under a signed Client Service Agreement, CoreMotive does not guarantee:
- revenue
- profit
- number of leads
- conversion rates
- booked jobs
- customer behaviour
- other business results
Results depend on factors outside CoreMotive's control.
AI and Automation
Some website interactions and CoreMotive services may use AI-assisted or automated systems. AI-generated responses may not always be complete or accurate. CoreMotive identifies its AI assistant as an AI system and does not intend to represent AI interactions as human interactions.
Communications
If you submit contact information, request a demonstration, book a walkthrough, initiate a chat, call CoreMotive or otherwise request communication, CoreMotive may respond using the communication methods you provide. Commercial messages are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Where applicable, you may opt out of text communications by replying STOP or by contacting CoreMotive directly.
Acceptable Use
You may not use this website or its features to:
- violate applicable law
- send unlawful spam
- interfere with system security
- transmit malicious software
- impersonate another person
- engage in fraud
- misuse AI or automated systems
- infringe third-party rights
Intellectual Property
The CoreMotive Labs name, branding, website design, written content, system concepts, graphics and other CoreMotive-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing on this website grants ownership of CoreMotive intellectual property.
Third-Party Services
This website and CoreMotive services may rely on third-party technology providers. CoreMotive is not responsible for outages or failures caused solely by third-party providers outside CoreMotive's reasonable control.
Website Availability
CoreMotive may modify, suspend or discontinue portions of this website at any time. CoreMotive does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreMotive Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Use of personal information is also governed by the CoreMotive Labs Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating solely to these website Terms will be subject to the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
